Brittany Michalchuk

Founder and CEO

Brittany Michalchuk is the founder of the YVR Entrepreneurs Club, a community of successful entreprenuers and business owners who network and collaborate. She’s also an investor, entrepreneur, speaker and is a partner in 42 rental properties (AirBNBs and long-term rentals).

Through her leadership and vision, she transformed YVR Entrepreneurs Club into Vancouver’s premier community for entrepreneurs. Brittany is curating a community that empowers entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate, and achieve success in their business pursuits. For as long as she can remember her biggest passion was bringing people together and watching them flourish.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from the University of Calgary. You might recognize her or her business from reality TV or being featured on Metro, CBC, Good Morning LaLa Land, CTV, Global News, Sports Network, The Star, ETA Canada, Flare, Toronto Life, Hello Magazine.

Brittany loves working 6-7 days a week till midnight, her work ethic is unmatched. When she’s not working, or working on herself, she’s enjoying the company of her two dogs, Chance her rescue dog and Peanut. She also is a big believer in personal and professional development and is constantly focusing on become better and reaching her massive goals. She loves surrounding herself with people who inspire her and motivate her to dream and do bigger!

Brittany has received numerous awards and recognition for her contributions to the business community.

Co-founder

Joe Tolzmann is the co-founder of YVR Entrepreneur’s Club and CEO of RocketPlan, a B2B software platform that digitizes the $650 billion insurance claims industry. In addition to his innovative vision, Joe is also a Top 40 Under 40 award winner, philanthropist, and keynote speaker with decades of experience in building and scaling companies.

Sherlock Yam

Board Member

Sherlock Yam, a partner at the Win Lui Group, is a highly connected mortgage broker with over 15 years of experience. Consistently ranked in the Top 10 brokers in the country, he has funded over $2 billion in mortgages. Sherlock is also a member of the charitable foundation committee of the VGH+UBC Hospital Foundation.

Dee Bartfeld

Board Member

Dee Bartfeld, CEO of The Modern Vancouver & The Penthouse Event Suite, has over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience. He’s reshaping the events industry, setting the bar for wow-worthy events since 2015 with over 1000 events under his belt.
